There are total 6 rounds conducted for counselling in JoSAA. All these rounds are for admission in various engineering colleges like IITs, NITs etc. There is no specific round for admission in specific colleges only. The seats are given based on vacancy available in the particular college. Therefore,

75% or top 20 percentile criteria is considered as the criteria to get admission in NITs and IITs. As you have got 89% you are eligible for the admission in NIT and IIT.
