Not all the iits are good with its placements because not all IITs are famous like iit kharagpur,iit Delhi, IIT Bombay,iit Kanpur,iit roorkee and a few more.
IITs like Mandi, bhilai,ropar,dharwad , jodhpur does not provide strong placements at their campuses because these are comparatively newer IITs.
As you have secured 130 marks in uceed 2022 and considering you are from obc category let me tell you that there are chances for you to get in iit guwahati,iit bhu,iit Indore and also the lower IITs.
