Since you are a Sc candidate, the colleges have reserved seats for Sc candidates. For example if a college has a total of 100 seats then only 13 to 14 seats would be reserved for Sc so there is a less chance for you to upgrade your branch

No, you cannot get admission in IITs for engineering after your BCS i. e Bsc computer science.

If you are getting a 100% fee waiver from your respective institution then you are not eligible for the National Scholarship Portal program.

The eligibility criteria for NSP clearly states that
