Unfortunately with your rank and category you do not have chances of getting any IITs. I will suggest you to sit for JoSAA counselling with your JEE Main score, that might fetch you good NITs and IIITs.

If you focus solely on the branch then electrical will win and you have your answer but if you look in overall prospective then you will notice that iit roorkee has better brand value than ism dhanbad so the decision remains between i&p and civil where in terms of placements
