See it is quite difficult to predict the exact colleges for you on the basis of your marks for JEE-Advance because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed but yes if we go with the analysis of JEE-Advance 2020 rank Vs marks, when JEE-Advance was of total 360

Many IITs, NITs and Well as Reputed Institutes like BITS Pilani and State Engineering Colleges have Instrumentation/EIE Courses.

As far as IITs are Concerned, only IIT Kharagpur has a B.Tech Program in Instrumentation Engineering. Most of the Top NITs like Trichy, Rourkela have Electronics and Insturmentation/ Instrumentation and Control Courses.
