my mains rank is 3834,will i get iit or nit and which branch will i get in that iit or nit

JEE Mains CRL is applicable for admission in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs.

Having a CRL of 3834, I believe you will secure good circuital as well as core branches at most of the NITs, including CSE and ECE at your Home State NIT.

It seems that you want to ask colleges based upon you OBC rank in JEE-Advance 2020 if not then please reframe your question clearly. According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs.

You can give jee 2021 or jee for three consecutive years whether you get addmission in IIT or in any other engineering college it doesn't matter.

IIT Kharagpur has quite a explicit infrastructure when compared to that of IIT Varanasi. It has huge libraries, laboratories, cafeteria, gym, Wi-Fi enabled campus, hostel, convinence store, etc,. Whereas IIT Varanasi has mostly the same except Wi-Fi enabled campus and convinence store.
