According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs. See there are very few seats under ST category which remains vacant for Preparatory courses so on such Preparatory rank it is not possible

According to your rank , it would be tough getting iit's , however you can go for counselling , you might get a lower branch in the last rounds . However you can try for other colleges that offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced .
