As per your question, according to your jee advance marks your rank would be probably around 12k as per your marks and ews category. So at this rank your chances to get any IITS is low but you can get NITs and IIITs
ISRO recruits Mechanical , CSE and Electronics Students from Top IITs like Bombay and Kharagpur during the Campus Recruitment and rarely does open for Aerospace, Civil or Materials Engineering. Incase you are in a Top IIT and are interested in joining ISRO with Aerospace Major you need to separately apply
