No it is not possible to get IIIT gwalior with 36 thousand rank. You can apply for NIT campus like

1. Sikkim
2. Meghalaya
3. Mizoram
4. Srinagar
5. Patna
6. Jamshedpur

If you have reservation category then you can  apply for top campus and branch. Rank will vary from last year and qualifying cutoff

127 marks is equivalent to 5000 - 8000 All India Rank. There is no doubt you will qualify in this exam. You have chances in following IITs.
