Both the colleges are approximately equal, if you compare different aspects like Average Package and course curriculum etc. , so I would say you should go with your preffered branch whichever you like.

There are some the best option in this JEE rank But I like to say you should consider your choice in field of engineering like you to do ECE or Civil.

I suggest you to that engineering in which you are interested and can excel into which. Since IIT are of National importance you can choose any of them based on your rank and choices. But I like you to suggest that you should choose ISM Dhanbad over IIT
