To be eligible for taking admission in NITs and IITs you should hould have scored at least 75%  marks in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category  or you  should get at least 65% in 12th board examination if you belong to SC/ST/PwD category

It is difficult  to get admission in NITs or IITs with this percentile but you can apply for good private universities or institutes who are taking their own entrance exam and having their own admission criteria like:

Hello student you can use physics notes for clearing your basics but It won't help you much as IIT jee main is an undergraduate level entrance examination and IIT JAM is a postgraduate level entrance examination for admission in Msc and PHD courses.

The cut off depends on a lot of factors.According to IIT JAM 2019 the closing ranks for general category in IITs are given below :

IIT Kharagpur - 47

IIT Bhubaneswar - 116
