see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on the level of difficulty in exam, number of participants, seat matrix, your choice of streams etc. however to get into iits and tier 1 nits you must have score 40-70 marks in gate , at this rank your score

Minimum rank to qualify for jee main 2020 is difficult to estimate. But we can assume based on previous year's cut off.
