Yes, candidates who have passed in diploma can get admission in IIT, Bombay.The admission in B.tech is based on merit in JEE Advanced.Candidates need to appear in JEE main qualify in it and then appear in JEE Advanced and qualify in it.There aren't any provisions for admission in IITs
