Kanishka, there is no minimum aggregate criteria for JEE Mains. You should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Now Chemistry can be replaced with any vocational subject. Since the paper pattern is not same every year. Hence one can not guess the paper But according to past years analysis the paper is not gonna be that easy.

I regret to inform you that with such score it is difficult to get seat in any IITs/NITs/IIITs considering previous years cut off trends.Your GATE score must be above 650 to have decent chances of getting a seat in IIT and branch of your choice.
