You have to appear jee advance and qualify it with good and eligible rank to get an admission into any IIT campus across India. To appear JEE advance you have to clear jee main paper 2 with a decent rank that you will be eligible for jee advance exam.

As per the eligibility criteria, you should have got at least 75% marks in 12th or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. So if you are in the top 20 percentile of your board, then you can get admission in IIT.
