The admissions in IITs are totally based on the score of JEE Advanced examination. The eligibility criteria to get into any IIT is:
1. The candidate should have passed 12th examination with a minimum aggregate of 75%
2. The candidate should have obtained the required cutoff score in JEE
Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad doesn't offer Arts in undergraduation level but there are M.Phil programs offered in Arts. IIT Kanpur provides 4 year undergraduate degree courses in B.Tech (CS, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Civil, Material Sciences, Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, chemical) and BS (Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Economics, Mathematics and Scienctific Computing, Physics). There is no other UG program they provide.

For getting admission in IITs one need to get good rank in jee advanced. Jee mains is only qualifying in nature for them.
For a general candidate student, one can generally get any NITs or IIITs upto 35k rank or 97 percentile. At same time you can get into
