There is a school of interdisciplinary in IIT Delhi. We can choose subjects of multiple disciplines. But there is no such course like mechatronics offered in IIT Delhi. Coming to NIT's, non of the NIT's offer such course till now.

For UG, you have to qualify JEE advance with good rank and score. You can use your categorical ranks and general ranks to get an admission if it satisfies the cutoff range. To appear Jee advance, you have to appear jee mains and qualify it b satisfying the cutoff
First of all, if you have passed your 12th Std. examinations in the year 2019 then according to the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced, you will not be able to appear for JEE Advanced 2021.
