As per your score in jee mains 2019 it is difficult to get NIT or IIIT or cfti. Generally in order to get NIT or other colleges the minimum percentile required is 97 for general, 94 for obc and 92 for sc/st category respectively. 

Yes you can appear for only COMEDK not UNI GAUGE Exam as per your wish.
