I am a visionary PWD person, 75% disable . Now I read in class XII . I want to go IIT Madras for b. tech engineering . Tell me about all exams , cut off marks , institute & PWD facility .

To get into IIT Madras, you first need to give JEE Mains and crack it. Then your next step is to give JEE Advance and crack it too. Both are pretty tough exams and that's why you would have to get under 220 rank in General-PwD category. (Since, you haven't mentioned your caste, I am assuming it to be general. But if you are OBC or Sc or ST, you will get some leverage there.)

Hello, both are top colleges of India and top IIT.
I would recommend you to go with IIT Madras in that case as IIT Madras is ranked first among all Engineering colleges of India in Nirf Engineering ranking 2020. And IIT Guwahati at rank 7.

And in IIT Madras placement of chemical engineering lies between 4.8 lakhs to 32 lakhs per annum.
So, this things show IIT Madras as a very good option.
