Now, see, IIT Delhi is one of the top 5 engineering colleges in India. So, academic section of these 3 are of almost same level. If you ask for placement, I will say
Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Communication/Electronics Engineering are two different streams, whereas
EE and EEE( Electrical Electronics) are comparable Branches.
So are Instrumentation and EIE(Electrical and Instrumentation) or IC (Instrumentation Control Engineering).
