Yes, You are eligible for UPSC CDS 2022 as you meet the necessary age limit for this exam which is that you should be between the age 19 to 24 before 2nd January of 2022 since you will be 23 years of age as of this date you can apply for CDS 1.
Other eligibility criteria is that you should have atleast a Bachelors degree from a government recognized college.

Girls candidate are not eligible to apply in IMA but girls candidate can join other exam related to army. Female candidates can get into Indian military academy through university entrance scheme .Female candidates can also apply for CDS exam after graduation.

As we know that graduation is pre-requisite to get into CDS so by 2023 you will be completing your graduation and also you will be completing your 24 years in the same year, so according to your age criteria you will be eligible for each and every course offered under CDS so you can appear for CDS 2023 and for your reference the age criteria for different courses is mentioned below :-

The CDS Exam is conducted for recruitment to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officer Training Academy (OTA). Candidates can apply for CDS, but make sure you are completing your degree before the date of joining.
You are currently in your third year of graduation in chemical engineering. Any student of any engineering branch can appear for CDS exam. ... You can appear for CDS when you are in your final year if the degree, that means if you are in a program of 4 years then you can give paper from 7th semester.

The Age eligibility criteria for IMA and OTA is as such:
IMA- 19 to 24 years (Unmarried and not born earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and later than 1st January,2004)
OTA- 19 to 25 years (Married or Unmarried and not born earlier than 2nd January 1998 and later than 1st January 2004)
Therefore, You are not eligible for both any of the above mentioned exams.

The college is a private institution, the campus size is around 130 acres , the total number of students enrolled are 1877, the total faculties are 17 in number, while the college was established in 1969.
