    6493 rank in obc category is high to get admission in B.sc agriculture as seats are very less in all over India.

    There is very less chance you can get any government college.if you can apply for some state level universities or private university for the admission.

    Yes it is true that The fraction of percentage so arrived is ignored i.e. 59.99% is treated as less than 60% and 54.99%is treated as less than 55%.

    And yes 60% is compulsory for general candidates and 55% for reservation candidates.
