The admission process for DU UG courses is over now. Theh have released the 7th cutoff list by 6th of August. Now they have already concluded the admission process and they won't be releasing any further cutoff lists.

As you are saying that it is showing you already registered then you will have registered for MCC in first attempt may be now you are forgetting the details.
You need not to worry about it much just check for forget login id and password. May be it

You will not be eligible as iit jam is conducted for seven subjects, also referred to as Test Papers, of Biological Sciences (BL), Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS) and Physics (PH).
