See the subject you are doing graduation on doesn't matter for UPSC. The only thing which matters regarding the selection in UPSC CSE & becoming an IAS is the preparation you have gone through. So you have to make your preparation great. Now you should choose the subject of graduation

You can attempt UPSC CSE exam in 2025 as the minimum age limit for this exam is 21 years as of 1st august of the year of examination , Yes you can give this exam in final year of your graduation as it is allowed by UPSC

Dear Aspirant, you should check with the website of the university, you are supposed to know the minimum marks for application. You should also check any languages other than English for the application. As per my knowledge 41% in your 12th  class would not have a large impact.

With 96 percentile in CAT and your academic performance it would be quite difficult to get a call from any of the top IIMs like IIM A/B/C but you can have chances in lower  IIMs.
