Hello apsirant, this can be due to network errors as well site crashes. Due to high traffic on CET sites, this happens sometimes. Try doing these in wee hours. If this still doesn't work, contact them via email as well helpline numbers . They will surely contact you back.

Dear Adarsh, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 508
SC: 420
ST: 281

With 531 marks if you belong to General Category, you can get a seat in a Private Medical College. But
