No there's no as such bonus marks in NEET2019 entrance test for admission to various medical and dental colleges in India. A minimum qualifying marks is required in the entrance for admission to different colleges.

As far as I know ACT/SAT scores have little, most likely zero effect on your application. MCAT and college performance are much more pertinent. But good SATs show a consistent ability to perform at a high level.
So in conclusion have a good performance score in your GPA

If you have already registered yourself for the counselling process and have got your documents verified, then you don't have to worry about anything for now.
Actually twice the dates of registration has been shifted. First it was shifted to 21st June being the last date of registration.
If you are registered with the state, I am assuming you have already given FMGE and also completed the internship necessary as per its provision. Coming to whether or not you are eligible for 50% state quota in Maharashtra, on the onset, you seem to fulfil all the major conditions
