As per the official notice in AIIMS website, there's no particular limit upto which a candidate can appear for AIIMS.
But one thing must be made sure that the appearing candidate has completed 17 years of age by December 2018 and he must be below 30 years

For calculation for percentage for DU you need to know your best 4 subjects, in which you have scored the highest marks.
You percentage would be 93 + 93 + 90 + 88 = 364
It would be divided by 4 and your percentage would be 91%

The part time bachelor degree is known as Distance/ correspondence Bachelors degree in engineering. Currently there is no college in India which offers Bachelors in technology in distance mode. The AICTE and UGC has not approved the distance learning in Technology.

Hope you have done all the procedures correctly as informed in the brochure. If error still persists then it will only be because of the reason that you are not eligible for counseling.

See Smruti, there is no separate qualifying criteria for management quota. It remains the same
