Well the 75% attendance rule is applicable for all the UG and PG students of the institute atleast on paper. However, when it comes to enforcement of these rules, most of the times it is not done so strictly. And most of the PhD students are busy taking classes anyways

I am sorry to tell you but with 1899 general rank in Bio UET, you will not be receiving a call letter. It's impossible for you to get admission in BHU with this rank. The University has a limited number of seats along with reservation for other categories.
