Yes, Since you have good knowledge you can always apply for IT Jobs and Companies allow all the students and make sure that there's no of gap more than 2-3 years after Engineering and you must tell the company what you've done for 2-3 years while you're applying
I would better recommend you to take test series from a reputed coaching institute like Allen, Aakash, Resonance etc because post 2014-15 AIIMS conducts exams online and the questions are not released in public domain. So, it’s the students collective memory of questions which is gathered and hence authenticity issues

the subsciption to college predictor is for the limited period that is 1 year. you cna use all the premium features for the whole year. and after 1 year if you need college predictor agian you have to take the subscription.
