if a person from general category has 40% in graduation and 50% in post graduation is eligible for DU LLB entrance exam?

The Eligibility :

Delhi University 2019 (DU) Eligibility

For UG Courses (Merit Based):

Students have to pass their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

There is no minimum age bar limit to get admission into UG course in the University & its colleges (except in profession courses).

After passing class 12 with the biology subject you will have to apply for AIIMS course seperately. Both the Nursing and MBBS are two seperate examinations.

Yes NEET UG Entrance Examination is conducted for admission into MBBS, BDS, Ayush colleges. In 2018 the cut offs for Ayush Courses (via NEET) for General Candidates are as follows -
430+ for Decent Government College
400+ for Semi Government College
300+ for Private College
