After a candidate submits the form, it is checked by the AIIMS authorities to make sure that all the details written in the form are valid and according to the guidelines. Once they check the form and don't find any discrepancy your form will be finally accepted.

You have to clear cat exam.it is compulsory for IIM's and also for top colleges. they may or maynot consider your experience so go for the exam in the month of November and then wait for call
