Yes Loyola college Chennai offers a UG course called BBA France where it deals with the subjects of international relationship. This course is 2 years in India and one year in France. This course gives you an international experience and has a lot to teach too.

XAT is considered more difficult than any other MBA entrance exam. You have scored great marks. With the raw score of 40 + , you are definitely going to get the 96 plus percentile and with that you definitely have great option of college's.

By scoring a 151 marks in NMAT entrance exam then your score will be approx to about 60 percentile . Since you have good scoring in your academics so you have better chances for getting the good colleges.

If you want to study further you can go for msc or any resarch from any iit for this you have to qualify in gate exam. Or you can also prepare for IAS  UPSC exam ..

A candidate must have passed 10+2 (any stream; eg. Science, Commerce, Arts, etc.) or equivalent OR 10+3 diploma approved by State Board of Technical Education with minimum 50% aggregate marks obtained in the final examination to be eligible for the above-mentioned program.
