Yeah definitely you can able to apply for the Core companies like ONGC...but rather to apply via CSE domain go with the ECE branch because in core companies like ONGC and all there are more number of seats for Core branches rather than Non Core branches.

In order to apply for AIIMS Entrance Exam as per the eligibility you should have 10+2 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subject with 60% as General, OBC Category. If you meet the eligibility then you can apply for the exam. You can check the furtehr eligibility

The cut off for admission in AIIMS, Bhopal was a rank of 13,311 and 95.3772034 percentile in 2017 for the ST category. Considering this you would require a rank and percentile around this range atleast for a fair chance of admission here.

See phycology is the study of fungi and that all stuff . For that you might only need to be from bio side or say science so that you know the basics a bit. And arts not required for it! All the best!
