To be eligible to apply in universities abroad you need to calculate your GPA, you can directly send your official transcripts to universities they will convert it and tell your GPA directly.

If you have just passed 12th then you can apply for KVPY(SB) in this year. In case you have a gap of a year after 12th then you can't apply for KVPY.
