First you must register onto the official ETS website, using this account you can check the availability (dates and timings) for GRE exams
I contacted MCC today and they told me they will fix the server by 11 am but that did not happen. I still await to pay.
As per the eligibility of ICAR UG, You should have minimum 50% as a General or OBC category & 40% as SC, ST, PC category to apply for the entrance exam.
