National Law University Delhi or NLU delhi does not offer a 3 year LLb course. It only offers a 5 year integrated BA LLb programme, LLM and PHD courses.
So if you a already pursuing your graduation and now you want to pursue Law, you cannot take admission
Ok surely i will provide you the best colleges but please let me know that for which course you are apperaing for and which entrance exam you have given so that i can check the cut off and let you know. please provide me the complete information. all the best

Being as a quality person in automotive sector for odd three years I will say all three departments (Production , quality & design ) are better.
In other words it purely depends on your own interest & skill sets you posses.

It's really all what you are interested in and are passionate about. As you have completed your undergrad in Engineering I think you should expand your knowledge in that field and furthur enhance your skills here.
