In 2017 admission dates of SGITS indore is not yet announced so you have to wait till them and they tak tudents into heir organisation through JEE mains the process is conducted in 3 rounds followed by College level counselling, Hope you have written JEE mains, All the best.

As far as i know, the counseling procedure of nirma university is offline ie you have to visit the college at the given date with requisite documents

The final percentage of graduation is the average of all the semesters you had passed. If you have backlogs then the result may vary. You can try to calculate by average of all semester. The final graduation marks will be around those calculated average.
