Hello dear
You are not eligible to sit for BITS because minimum requirement for BITS is at least 80% in senior secondary education and since it is a private college it doesnot entertain any type of reservation.

Is it necessary to take admission in any UG programme to take admission in cluster innovation centre

You don't need to apply for any other courses as you will not be able to apply for two courses at the same time. Cluster innovation is about research and development so further post graduation will be more suitable. I hope this information helps you.

IIITs like. Bhubaneswar dont provide any Post Graduate course in Artificial intelligence.

You can rather go for IIIT Bangalore which has complete 360 defree coverage to Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Blockchain.
