Admission criteria for admission in nit or iiit is 75% in class 12 so you cannot get admission in nit or iiit. Don't lose hope there are many other good engineering colleges.

Though your intermediate result is quite well I'm Sorry to inform you that Delhi University does not accepts students for it's undergraduation courses with more than 2 years of gap and as you already have 3 years of gap i don't think you could get admission in Delhi
