sorry to say that SPJIMR accepts only CAT/XAT/GMAT.

So you are not eligible for this college but you can try in another colleges like

Surely you can give the NEET exam after your UG course in Biochemistry is complete. You only need to be above 17 years of age as on the year of giving the exam. And your age should not be more than 25 years if you're an unreserved category candidate
