It depends entirely on the company. Some companies keeps a criteria of 60-70% marks in graduation so that only best can apply while some other companies just see your performance in class 10 and class 12.

Hello,

You are not eligible for some IIMS but not all IIMs have high percentage bar. You can get an admission in IIM for sure.

You can appear any MBA exam for admission. Most preferably MAT,CAT. These are top exams and recognized exams to get an admission in IIM.

Sorry, But your question is bit incomplete and leads to confusion. As you haven't mentioned about which exam or college you are referring about. But still as per all exam point of view, you need to graduate with minimum 50% aggregate. But still it all depends on type
