I don't understand in which grading system your results are published. I think it is O but you wrote it in mistake as p. It's just a guess.

Timing for different streams are different. In general,It starts from morning 7.30 and ends in evening 6.30 in an average but there are colleges which holds extra classes too or some skills development classes too.

No,You are not eligible to appear for BHU as well as JNU MCA entrance exam,because you don't have sufficient marks in your graduation.
