Dear Amit, the eligibility criteria says tjat a Candidate should have completed his Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. It is 50% for General Category and its 45% for Reserved Categories. Now OBC has a certain reservation and so it falls under Reserved Categories. So you are eligible

Dear Shaina, you haven't mentioned which exam you are talking about. Generally, the candidates who have completed their Graduation in Maharashtra will have a domicile or Institutional benefit over the candidates who have completed their Graduation from another State. This is applicable for most entrance examinations.
