my percentage is 45% in graduation... so Can I do mba.... suggeste me how can i do

D Jyotsana 10th Jun, 2022

Hello Ridhi,

You can go for MBA with this score. You have to first appear in entrance exam, your score is eligible for MAT and CMAT. Following are some of the good colleges you can apply for:

1. Taxila Business School (https://taxila.in/) , Jaipur

2. (https://taxila.in/) Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSOM) Bangalore

3. SDMIMD Mysore

4. Amrita School of Business Coimbatore

5. SIESCOMS Navi Mumbai

6. VIT Business School (VIT) Vellore

More information about MAT, CMAT and other colleges are available you can check with the following link:

https://bschool.careers360.com/exams/mat

https://bschool.careers360.com/colleges/ranking/top-mba-colleges-in-India-accepting-cmat-score

But you will face some of the hindrances in future. If you are doing MBA to get a job, you will face a huge competition and most the recruiters are from IT sector and consulting companies which require at least 50%. But its not impossible to go forward, a bit of research, hard work and patience pays off. If you are planning to do a business you can do with any minimum score.

Hope It Helps.

All the Best.

Regards.

Is a pharmacy graduate have an advantage over general engineering graduate or they come under GEM for IIMs ? do i have a chance to get IIM ABC with 90 plus percent in graduation, 94 percent in 10 and 79 percent in 12 if i m a b pharm students

Sudip Bandopadhyay 5th Jul, 2022

Hello Rohan,

Hope you are going great!

To answer your question, you do not come under GEM (General, Engineer, Male) category, as you are a pharma student.

And obviously, you do have a change to get into IIM A/B/C, with good extra-curricular, and co-curricular. IIM's are trying to diversify, and you do stand a chance to get into them.

Best of luck!

I have less than 50% in graduation math hons. Can i apply for M. Sc math

Sumedha Bhattacharya 26th May, 2022

Dear Student ,

It depends on the colleges in which you want to get admission , but based on the basic eligibility criteria, you will not eligible to pursue M.Sc Maths in Premium Institute like IITs .

Some basic details about M.Sc Mathematics :

  • Course duration : 2 years ( CBCS Systems )
  • Academic eligibility : min 50% in Graduation
  • Entrance exams : CUCET/ IIT JAM

But , some local colleges may accept below 50% graduation marks on certain requirements , you can find the colleges name from here :

i have 86.5% in class 10 and 78% in class12 and 72% in graduation , and i m from pwd background .can i get chance in iim Ahmedabad?

thakurvishesh1 4th Jul, 2022

Your past academics are quite good, especially your class Xth marks. Now, since you belong to the Person with Disability, or the PwD category, thus you have almost every chance to get into the revered halls of IIM Ahmedabad, as all the institutes of National Importance, including IIM Ahmedabad have a special quota reserved for PwD candidates, and the lack of such candidates makes the selection even more easier.

So, prepare well and give CAT and interviews confidently, and you'll definitely succeed. All the best!
