Yes you are eligible for bank PO exam. Eligibility for bank po exam are:

Candidate must be between 21 to 30 year of old
Candidate must not hold any criminal record.
The minimum education qualification for bank po is graduation.

Yes you can go for hotel management in tourism course after completing your b.com course.

There are some eligiblity criteria to go for hotel management that you should have passed your +2 from any recognised college of any board wit atleast 50 percent marksand the upper age limit

See your backlogs will actually not matter during MBA admissions , but you have to clear your backlogs first before joining MBA in any college . Regarding your educational background also it will matter in some colleges like IIM'S , but other than IIM'S there are also many good colleges
