All india counselling process in engineering colleges are conducted by JOSSA and the colleges participating in it all NIT,IIIT or gfits or may include some renowned state universities .However their counselling process is one way to go and it is on all india basis.If you dont get chance

Schedule for All India counselling of Veterinary college is yet to get announced.
You will have to register from their official website After th registration, the choice filling is done(same as NEET counselling for MBBS and BDS).
Selected candidates have to report for document verification in the allotted college

MCI has decided to provide 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in all government MBBS colleges for admission  through NEET 2020.

Around 5000 seats are expected to increase.

Yes, admission in Tilak ayurveda college, Pune takes place via NEET UG.
Every BAMS BHMS and BDS  college comes under NEET UG.
