Yes, they needs to be separate because in all india quota generally all college are categorized.

Sir, I belong to general EWS category and from Uttar Pradesh but the seat allotted to me in round 1 is from open category and all India quota why I didnt get category and home state reservation whereas my all documents had been verified properly.
