Based on previous years' trend, I am afraid to say that, with a 61003 SC Rank in NEET 2020, you will not get any government colleges under any Quota. Even decent private colleges worth doing MBBS; you will not get on this rank despite paying hefty fees.

With 562 Marks in neet you have chance to get government medical college in West Bengal if you belong to EWS catagory. Some name of colleges in West Bengal in which you get admission:-
