No, you dont need to take admission, you will be eligible to participate in the next round of counselling.

You dont need to register or pay agail as you are already registered.

Choices submitted by you in round-1 will be nullified, so you have to submit new choices

First of all, you have to decide which course is perfect for you. Bsc agriculture contains all the subjects which are directly and indirectly linked to the branch, where as horticulture will cover the subjects which are important to its branch. Both of these course are having better future

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good government colleges as per previous year's cut-offs so I would recommend you to take a drop and prepare for JEE-Main 2021 because you can get some private colleges on this rank

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, your state of domicile. every government medical college has around 85% seats reserve for domicile candidates. so the closing score in higher for all India quota
