The  students who didn't get seat in first selection counseling  will apply again for colleges in second selection   so if there is any seats left over in any college then they will be allotted in second selection counselling  , almost 70 % seats will be filled in first

Yes , there are chances of you getting NIT college's. You must know that every  NIT colleges have there own cutoff based on category . So , at this percentile you can get few NIT college's . And for IIT you have to be within 10000 Ranks in JEE advanced

Vasu, Jammu and Kashmir doesn't participate in All India Counselling and so if you do not hold the domicile of this State, you cannot take admission in Medical Colleges of Jammu and Kashmir. And similarly if you belong to Jammu and Kashmir, you cannot participate in All India Counselling. And
